Why print to order

Holding stock means guessing — which design will sell, in which size, in which colour. Guess wrong and the leftovers are landfill. Printing to order removes the guess: nothing exists until someone wants it, so every piece made is a piece someone chose.

The trade is time. A shirt takes two to five working days on the press before it ships, rather than going out the same afternoon. That is the whole cost of not making things nobody asked for.

How a design becomes a shirt

Each artwork is drawn at print resolution and placed by hand on the garment — position, scale and rotation are set per design, not dropped into a template. The print spec on every product page shows the exact print area in pixels and the substrate it lands on, so you can see what you are buying.

Who handles what

• Printing and posting — Printify's partner presses, selected per product.
• Payment — Stripe. Card details never reach this site.
