Privacy

What we collect

• Your email — to send a receipt and tracking. Required for every order.
• Your delivery address — passed to the print partner so they can post the parcel.
• What you ordered — kept so you and we can look the order up later.
• A bag cookie — a random token so your bag survives a page refresh. It holds no personal data.
• Visit statistics — Google Analytics cookies count which pages get visited and where visitors come from, so we know what's worth making more of.

What we never see

Card numbers. Payment runs inside Stripe's own form; the card details go from your browser to Stripe and never pass through this site. We only receive a payment reference and the last four digits.

Who else gets your data

• Stripe — to take the payment.
• Printify and its print partner — your name and address, so the parcel can be posted.
• Google Analytics — page visits, device and rough location, never your name, email or order.

Nobody else. We do not sell data, and there are no advertising trackers on this site.

Getting your data removed

Email help@skymadedesign.com and we will delete your account and personal details. Order records are kept as long as tax law requires, with the personal fields stripped.
